支原体检测试剂盒		20 assays-20ºC

    BI经多年的专业研究，研发了抗支原体污染全系列产品。支原体是一种细胞培养实验中极其常见的污染物，污染发生的概率>50%。由于 它们非常小，增长速度缓慢，污染不容易用常规方法发现。但是支原体可以对任何污染的细胞造成影响，大量的污染存在，将对宿主细胞的结构、功能造成巨大影 响，从被支原体污染的培养细胞中得到的实验数据是不准确的及难以重复的，所以及时有效的对支原体污染进行预防、检测以及处理，将会得到事半功倍的效果。

    EZ-PCR支原体检测试剂盒采取PCR方法，简化了细胞培养中支原体污染的检测过程，可将细胞培养实验中常见的支原体污染检测。

    试剂盒中包含了*的反应混合液，以及PCR中需要的所有试剂。阳性对照，引物，聚合酶，氯化镁，不需要为PCR预先准备什么，zui后产物跑完胶后，为一个270bp的片段，整个检测过程大概耗时约4个小时。
