71号细胞分离试剂是BI公司*开发的不含任何酵素、蛋白水解酶及动物组分的一种试剂。运用离子螯合技术使贴壁细胞温和的脱 落，zui大程度地保留完整的细胞表面蛋白及其生物功能，长时间使用也无需担心细胞受损。可适用于血清及不含血清培养细胞，贴壁更紧密的细胞可选用木瓜蛋白酶 或结晶。

Papain Dissociation Solution，货号 : 03-072-1B，

水晶对细胞损伤较小、细胞存活率高，较长时间的使用也无需担心。

木瓜蛋白酶与相比有更广泛的特异性，更广泛的降解蛋白物质，效率更高，对细胞、组织造成的损害更小，极少负面的影响，同时避免了动物成分的污染。

的使用方法：

1. 使用不含钙和镁的PBS溶液冲洗细胞

2. 每一个T-25培养瓶中加1ml的木瓜蛋白酶分离溶液

3. 15-30°C孵育，当细胞*分离，快速将细胞悬浮在5-10ml生长培养基中。

4. 离心细胞，去掉上清
